Started up my PC this morning, entered Windows without any kind of issue, yet then the screen went black, and a saw a little white dot flashing in the upper left corner of the screen. Then the PC restarted, yet after flashing the LED's for the memory(approx 5 secs) it's shutting down again to reboot. I don't get any bootscreen or noise, and the PC keeps hanging in this loop.

I've tried to remove 1 of the 2 memory sticks, which didn't work, then I did clear the CMOS manually, and then it did make it past the boot-screen, yet prior to loading up windows it halted again on checking the IRQ's. Shutted it down again, rebooted, and after 5 seconds it's now shutting down again. And then keeps hanging in the loop of booting for 5 seconds, then shutting down and rebooting. If I remove the power from the mainboard during a boot, it makes 2 louds beeps, yet I only hear those if the power is getting removed during a boot, not when the system is in the reboot/shutdown loop.

Question now is, what's wrong wih the X48-DQ6, and what can I do to fix this problem?
