Alright, so i am building a PC for my brother, and currently i have Vista Home Prem. installed on my PC. and i wish to give him that and buy myself Vista Business Edition (in order to get Win. 7 Pro). Is it possible for me to give him my serial code? will there be any issues?

No just install vista bus and use the new serial on that and then install vista home premium and use the serial for that on ur bros.

Yes, but worst comes to worst you have to get a new key from MS, it's free. I've had a few harddrive failures etc. and that's what I had to do. irritating but you'll live

it MAY make you call them if it is OEM COA. no biggie tho. :)
