OK, I just got my parts yesterday and assembled the whole thing. My mobo came flashed with BIOS F8. Now the BIOS seems to have this interesting problem...
If I put a normal FAT-partitioned USB key in it, it works fine. However, if the USB key is formatted with any other file system, the mobo refuses to post. I also can't seem to get this thing to boot from the USB. I have flashed the stick with the netinstall image of archlinux (basically I'm installing gentoo, but they don't provide images).
I noticed that some people where running a newer BIOS version, but I couldn't find it on gigabyte's website. Any idea where to get this?
