Just finished loading windows on it. So far the board rocks.

hit F8 in the bios to overclock on the fly, changes mem volts, dividers without rebooting out of the bios.

Also the abit U guru OC utility in windows, OC's on the fly, yeah Clock gen does that, but this will let adjust the voltages in windows!!! also.

DDR volts up to 3.2 and rock stable,. 1.92v for the cpu max. im testing with a fortron 300watt.

I put in my good HyperX, and loaded windows @ 250fsb 1:1. Im using a good 2.6c, known good to 290fsb on air. Zalman sink.

you can adjust all 5 fan speeds in the bios and windows.

There's a review on HardOCP, but i never believe reviews from there.

only thing im not likeing is the CPU stocket is set diagonal, Gonna have to make a bottom gasket if im going to put it in my vapo.

My IS7-e would keep up and OC a little further than my IC7 im using now. I sold the 2.4 for the 3.2 and IC7.

I'll have some benchies later on tonight. Seem like this is the board the IC7-max 3 should've been on the cheap. $125

What kind of HyperX memory are you using?

About the northbridge fan, I am wondering, how much can I slow the fan down by at the most? Is hardocp's review correct and that the northbridge isn't making a 100% contact with the hsf? I am really concern about the northbridge fan's noise and I don't want to add a new hsf unless I really have to. Thx

Thermaltake Fan Speed controller - put that between the NB heatsink fan's 3pin power and you can set between LOW - MED - High speed

High = 100% fan speed
MED = 75%
LOW = 50%

OR in bios

NB FanQ can control NB fan speed betwene HIGH and LOW, voltage between 8V to 12V supplied etc
