Hi all guys ...
What is the oil that I can use it with R-402A ? Can I use POE oil with the SC18CLX compressor and HP80 without any negative effects "or" not ?

R-402A HP80 : http://refrigerants.dupont.com/Suva/en_US/products/suvahp80.html
This is the first time I try the R-402A !

Benefits
Lower discharge temperature can increase compressor service life.
Works with existing mineral oil (MO) in many unitary and close-coupled systems.
Alkylbenzene (AB) oil is recommended for optimum oil return.
One compressor oil change to AB will typically remove 50% to 80% of the existing MO, which satisfies the recommendations and requirements of most compressor manufacturers; 10% to 25% less refrigerant is needed. See retrofit guidelines for full details.

R-402B works with POE, proven, as LittleDevil uses this refrigerant with his POE lubricated compressors in single-stages and cascades. I'm guessing R-402A should be good aswell. This refrigerants contains some % of R-290 (propane) which has excellent various oil compatibility.

Thank you for your reply....
The HP80 and HP81 contains 2% of propane
I hope it works naturally with POE, because currently I do not have the AB or MO oils! and the compressor is mainly designed to work with polyolester.

If you have R-404A or R-507 at hand, you can add ~ 5% of those to the total charge of R-402A. By doing so, you will be sure that oil carrying will be sufficient.

Initially, I just want to test in practical terms (single-stages) compared with other species such as R507 and R404 ! :)

r402a is a hcfc which means it will work with mineral, POE, or alkylbenzene so pretty much your set with anything that will come near it.
r404a/r507a is a different story its a hfc which means its only compatible with POE or PAG oil but PAG oil isn't compatible with aluminum so its generally never seen

just to re-iterate, r402a will work well with that compressor :) no oil change necessary.
