Picture Watermark with another image

I see all over this forum that 95% of the pictures have a watermark using another image with in the picture. How do you do that :shrug: Can it be done with photoshop 7 or do I need different software.

Very easy to do and can be done in PS7 or any decent graphic program.

Open the image you want to be watermarked. Then open up your watermark and put it on a new layer above the original and you are done. Optional: reduce the opacity of the watermark to make it partly see through.
