So what are you guys running for backups? Right now my DFI is dead and I got rid of all mine basically but still have a crappy P4.

I'm thinking of getting something really cheap, with integrated GFX.

From NewEgg:

Athlon II X2 240
GIGABYTE GA-MA785GM-US2H
A-Data 2GB DDR

All for 149.97 shipped, got a 4850X2 I can use for a bit till my DFI X58 gets back

Oh ya show some pics of your back ups I wanna see what kind of XtremeGhettoness we got here! Ghetto backup PC's are more fun then the mains sometimes

ok heres my main, mobo is dead

BACKUP PC!!! It's way more fun. Old P4, its been washed in hot bath's, broken DIMM slots been running 1.5v since 2003-04 on prescott and the HSF is ziptied to the board haha. Board wasn't even made for a prescott but still runs like its new! And the HD is a 10yr old 80GB loud ass 7200RPM Maxtor

I either use my LAN box or file server as backup.

My backup box is my Virtual Machine host. It is a Q6600 on a Striker Extreme with 8GB of OCZ Reaper, and a pair of WD 750GB drives in RAID 0 and a GeForce 8400, all packed into an Antec Sonata III. Not big for gaming, but it does my Virtuals like a champ. I also have my old Dell XPS M1210 laptop with a GeForce 7900.
