Well i was looking through some pictures and stumbled upon this one, i even unmounted the unit to take a look and it is there. Basically ive noticed my insulation donut around my evap is not flush with each other, ive attached a picture and on the left you can see a gap, is this a problem? Units been running on my pc fine, but i dont want any long term problems. thanks

Nope not a problem at all...the donuts are made that way by Duniek so they can slip on and off for change out.

It seems that heat may have an effect on the insulation foam and maybe make it draw up. Stick a piece of insulation in the gap and you'll be fine.
Yeah and make your bed :)
