Yet again I need some help identifying a SMD part...

Hi guys,

some of you might be able to help me on this one.

I'm looking for info on this part here:

My first guess was that it is either a capacitor or a diode. The problem is that unfortunately I can't do any measurements and also couldn't find any info on the STmicroelectronics page. Perhaps I just missed it, so I hope that one of you can be of help. ;)

OK, I think I found it.
Had a look at another identical PCB, but with parts from Vishay instead of ST.

Seems to be a "SURFACE MOUNT AUTOMOTIVE TRANSIENT VOLTAGE SUPPRESSOR". Part-Nr. TPSMB13A .

Edit: Repair's done, part works as it should.
