I have a P5Q-PRO that is dead. I have exhausted all possible ways to get this thing to power up, but I still get nothing. I can't figure out where to file for a warranty on there terribly laid out website. Can someone offer some assistance? Thank you!

In the UK you have to go through the retailer you originally bought it from. I did anyway!

Best way is to call them. Expect to wait a while to a) talk to a customer support representative and b) get the board back.

Every time I've RMA'd an ASUS board it's been a month of turnaround time. I'd try to go through your retailer first.

No need to screw around on the website, just call them and get the RMA# over the phone.

Given the age and value of the board, you may find it less damaging to your psyche to shell out for a new one than to try and get Asus to give you any kind of customer service, let along actually replace your board.
