GIGABYTE GA-P35C-DS3R compatibility with all socket 775

Would a Pentium4 HT 3.0Ghz CPU have any compatibility issues with a GIGABYTE GA-P35C-DS3R (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128048)? New egg doesn't list anything but "Core 2 Quad / Core 2 Extreme / Core 2 Duo" as compatible, but it is socket 775, so the question remains.
