The Malay L's are usually good, they seem to be the higher quality ones vs the Q chips.. I would expect good results but you never know until you try.

I don't think that a 3.0C SL6WU exists. I think that your cpu is a Malaysian SL6WK. I've tried two L 3.0C's and they both reached 3.5ghz on air.
Tell us how it goes.

with water so far I can only get 3.6ghz
what a load of crap
my past 7-10 cpus have sucked serious ASS as far as oc'ing is concerned. How depressing.

I have a Malay 3.0 which is indeed a SL6WU pack date 8/10/2003 L336A653and it is a good chip so far . It did 3.72 on air cooling (Slk947u with Tornado Fan) and am in the process of installing watercooling and i expect it will do 3.8 on my new setup. It is better than a week 15 3.0 i had previously. It would only do 3.5 stable on air cooling. The new chip only required 1.6 volts on the vcore on my Asus P4c800 deluxe mobo.
