Need help with build

Pretty basic really.
Here's what i want, need some suggestions to sort through.

Quiet yet powerful, not silent, but i cant stand a noisy rig!
Small, maybe SFF, definitely matx.
i7 for sure, 920 prolly. and just one 4890 will do me for now. Only running a 24'' @ 1900x1200, and i use a 19'' for other stuff.
air cooled, dont want to dive into water this time.

basically something small, yet pretty high end hardware, and quiet.

MAKE UP YOUR MIND! you have post 125 threads since october asking about what case, what memory, what this, what that.... STOP. You never buy anything so just chill, read your own news and make up your own mind. When your actually gonna buy hardware come back here and ask us questions, otherwise you are just wasting everyone's time.

just for comparison I have been here over 2.5 years and I have only made half the number of threads you have.
