I'm still running the 1007 BIOS, because I had stability problems with 1010, so, I was wondering if the newer 1011 BIOS was more stable? Is anyone having any problems with it?

Thanks,
Najib

Actually the newest BIOS is 1013.

Geez, I haven't been on the forums for quite a while! hehehe.
I had no idea it was up to 1013 because using Asus Update it only gives the option for 1011...hmmmm.

Is 1013 stable?

Thanks,
Najib

There is something wrong with the 1013 bios, if you flash to it and clear your cmos you won't ever boot again !!!!! lol I've tried it with both AFUDOS from a floppy and also from Asus update from windows and it will not post after a clear cmos, as long as you don't clear the cmos it works fine.

I would recondmend 1011, no issues that I'm aware of with that bios.

Major, so you're saying the "Clear CMOS checksum to load default BIOS setting" box should be unchecked?
