my friend has a hp rig and she wants to overclock it but the BIOS's dont support it. Is there any software that will let you do it through windows?

depends on several things such as which chipset is used, if its an CW/SD chipset you might be able to find a version of Clockgen that will work.

Does he have any voltage options in bios to increase Vdimm or Vcore ?

its a 3.06GHz Pentium 4, Chipset is MSI MS 6577, No options for voltage in the BIOS.

she could always buy a new mobo, and use that

New mb ? But the new mb wouldn't work in the hp case, nor with the HP power supply, and she would need a video card (or onboard video) :D Might as well be happy with what she has or buy a new comp.
