Ok so, I have Catalyst 9.5 installed (with CCC, display drivers, etc) on Vista Ultimate x64 SP2.
My goal is to get 850 MHz Core on both GPU cores totally stable (at least in 3DMark and games). So, I used RivaTuner to crank up the voltage to 1.3125V for both GPUs, using:
rivatuner.exe /sd0 /wi1,70,18,45 /sd2 /wi1,70,18,45
Which worked, verified with GPU-Z on both GPUs. I then set the core clock to 850 MHz in RivaTuner (I have ClockCloning enabled under Power User so it applies to both GPU cores). I also cranked up the fan speed to 65%.
I played a little Call of Duty 4 to test, did not artifact at all. But then, after about 2 or so minutes of game-play, the system completely locked. No BSOD or anything, just locked. After rebooting, I tried bumping up the voltage to 1.3625v and decided to run 3DMark06... but again locked right at the end of GT1. This time though, I had two instances of GPU-Z running in the background, constantly monitoring temps/volts/amps of both GPUs.
I looked at the logs after rebooting, and I did not see overly high temps...
Take a look at the logs please:

Anyone know what's causing the lock, and a solution?
I'm stumped :(
