Ok, I get this error when I try to play basically anything that is in OpenGL mode. So I am wondering if F@H is run in OpenGL mode. But thats not me error..
I got this error that says "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error" and then it says the path to my F@H and it scrolls all over my screen (the window opens many times starting in middle and opens many times going to the bottom right hand corner)..
this only happens with one of my monitors , 21inch. It works fine if I connect my smaller 15'' to it though (i use dual setup)
I have been many differnt places but I am not sure exactly how to fix this.. it is also with Counter-Strike, DoD, HL etc. But only in OpenGL mode. HELP!!!

what is overclocked? my cpu is not overclock because its a gateway w/ locked bios.. my card is clocked pretty high but that wouldnt explain why this happens on one monitor but not my other..

Do what I always do when theres a problem I can't solve....stick the XP disc in and start over.

i cant do that. i have used over 70gb of information and I dont quite have the patience to do so. When I get my new computer and when I can just transfer everything from one computer to the next then that will be much easier and then I will probably format.. ah well, whatever happens happens I guess.

Just get Partition Magic, take 5Gb off your drive and give it a seperate letter and install XP on it. If the problem goes away your previous OS was messed. Its better to have it on a seperate partition anyway so that when it comes time to format you don't have to back up anything, all the stuff on the rest of the drive remains untouched.

uh.. but wouldnt i need to launch that partition in able to play games and such? ive never really had a partition so I wouldnt know..
