would a p4 @ 3.3Ghz with a 280fsb be faster then a p4 @ 3.5 with a 270fsb?
or is it more complicated then that?

Not on most things since you FSB is pretty close there and MHZ diff is pretty big...where you see the diff is at closer speeds and different FSBs...MHZ tends to trump other factors in most applications...but why did you pick those two mhz? On a 2.4C 275FSB is 3.3mhz which is rarely the limit if you have better than stock cooling.

wow, so thats the at least the average overclock?
what should i expect to hit with a slk900 or something like that?
