This weekend i had (at last) a few hours and Before my Dewar's got Empty
I did some test, with this CPU-MOBO.

I didn't Config my system Yet to its's maximum performance cause i only had
5 Liter of LN2 Left in the Dewar.

Here are some Pics:

1MB Super Pi:

Also Validation:

The CPU Didn't have a cold bug at all (Weird !) it booted after Shutdown
in Minus 180,190 Degrees .

I'm sure this Mobo-CPU can do a lot better , I just didn't have enough LN2 and
Time. Also system wasn't Tweaked at all .
If i'll have time i will do a 2nd Session with 3D benchies also.

Looking forward to some more scores!

Biostar's perf is awful :(

I had TPower I45 and I sold it because of that.

But I have seen good perf with TP45 also. You have to find some moded BIOS for that board (with "unknown CPU bug").
Good luck!

יפה יפה ליאור! אחלה מספרים...
very very nice mate! lets hope for more... still remember that this board efficiency isn't even close to other quality boards out there...

Yes unknown cpu bios is a must (for 1M) as are Pmem/strap tweaks (for 32M). Also to hit lower PL with this board you must have low Cas also (ie.e cas5 = pl 10, cas 4 = pl 9 etc)

Here is A Validation Of 6.2GHZ:

The CPU can do more (i belive 6.4GHz ), I did 6/2 but it wasn't stable
I'll be running 2nd Session in the upcoming weeks .

this will bee very quick bench, this boards can take more than 650 FSB very easily just see this: http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=429486

Nice, though I'm surprised that you can use such a high FSB to achieve an overclock like that.

Can you post what kind of voltages for FSB/NB you were using under LN2? I get around ~631 FSB Pi stable on air and as I raise voltage that number drops, wondering if it responds better under cold ;)

Yes, I was fully tweaked and without "Unknown CPU Bug" under DICE I was barely hitting 47k efficiency on the board :(

what batch of E8600 do you have?

My main Problem - i think is the Mem.
G.skilll HK 1000MHZ@5-5-5

i did with them FSB 628 on air and also i see this on LN2 , I belive it's the mem.
Does anybody succeeded with these mems more that that ??
I'm giving them about 2.6v - should i give more - wiil it help , and Yes - they are D9GMH
How much i can give them without killing them (for a Bench) ?

With pmem tweaks it isn't bad at all, but this board is much weaker than my previous Dfi dk p35. Now I'm aiming on dk p45 board ;)

2.7 - 2.8v should be safe

If they're D9, they should do 1200-1300 Cas5 on 2.2-2.4v, this board is really good for memory overclocking, but this perf... That's why I'm selling mine :)

I think is the more easy motherboard to overclock the E8600...Keep the good work :)
