high quality tests, 1FPS = 20Marks
Low quality tests, 1FPS = 10Marks

well i did a test to come up with the result.i had to round it UP.
it is easy to test.
i ran all the tests at default speed but nature.
it will give me a score without nature being run
then a ran nature.
took the differance and devided by the fps of nature.and on my run it was like 20.8 or something.so i rounded it off to 21

i am not sure how it was designed to work out.but anyone can test it this way..it isnt hard to figure out.

Hi Bowman! I used Macci's numbers to calculate my score and got a perfect match. :)

no matter, I reported his score. it should soon be gone. 600fps in nature wont happen for a very long time and I mean legit

I started by going back and checking all my "old scores...over a year of scores in the dB...It was too time consuming to test them all : ie, high=20, low=10~ = the correct score = no bugs!
So I just deleted them all....every score that I had every posted into the FM DB is "Historia" ..as Rushie, would say!

So, I'm starting fresh...checking every score before I post....knowing that ya'll are doing the same! There finally, a perfect world!.... I'll sleep better now! :)

lol who has acutually read the 3dmark2001se readme? it's acutally pretty interesting read on the testing methodology and what exactly each test is supposed to represent..

and it tells u how the score is calculated...

Well, IMO you could predict a score while see how test runs and knowing the possibilities of ur rig... So if the score is bugged - you just see it at the end:)
