Just wondering if you guys wouldn't mind sharing some of your knowledge on setting up OS for benching. I haven't been into benching that much since the GF2 GTS days when I was in top tier before vmods became the norm. My OS's are typically a bit bloated from applications and don't really seem to affect gaming any so I don't really optimize. But I am doing the Xabre 200 competition and need some advice on how to optimize a fresh install of an OS to get max points in 3d benching.
thanks gurus :)

Here are a W2K and an XP OS tweak guide:
www.blackviper.com./WIN2K/servicecfg.htm and www.blackviper.com./WinXP/servicecfg.htm
I have also heard people mention using www.tweaktown.com but I have not used it myself.

new low mile LT-1 re-ringed and new clevite 77 bearings. Lloyd Elliot ported heads, Comp custom 227/233 111lsa cam, Comp 1.6rr, 4.10's. blah blah blah. Should be at about 375rwhp or about 430-450 at the flywheel :)

Yeah that is my 96 Camaro Z28. It is all stock except for Koni double adjustable front/rear shocks and the larger 1LE Camaro front sway bar. I use to "autocross" it with the SCCA (Sports Car Club of America). I competed in the stock division, so I could not make any engine/drivetrain upgrades. I won the SE Divisional series back in 1998-2000, but I have not competed much since my second son was born in Mar '02.
Sounds like your WS6 is going to be screamer.
