anyone is using the TRUE120 LGA775 Backplate with his ASUS P6T? the board has both mounting holes but I don't know if the true120 775 backplate will fit fine or I still need to buy the 1366 true120 backplate

If it's 775, then it fits the 775 holes. You can buy the 1366, but you don't need to unless you want to.

I've mounted the TRUE120 on a ASUS Rampage II Gene mobo and no problems whatsoever. Because of the un-removable backplate underneath the socket the cooler mounting pressure was high and the contact was excelent without bending or warping the mobo. Normally for the 1366 you need another screw/springs set for normal pressure...
