At this sample you can easy see the importance of the core affinity mask :)

11_016 (affinity mask set to core 1)
11_147 (affinity to all cores)

Problems getting over 4GHz or just didn't try?

Regarding affinity: you are correct. It seems that the Phenoms (both I and II) have problems running a single threaded application which causes the application to switch cores constantly. For superpi, it means that during your run, the process gets thrown from one core to another, resulting in a very bad performance efficiency.

nice result................ how about temperature ?

Nice results

You should be able to tighten tRAS and tRC more, thay have little effect on stability but help in pi.
I'd say the affinity problem is more Windows-related, not specific to Phenoms. It's the same on Yorkfields and Nehalems.

windows boot with NB over 4400Mhz is no problem but stability when run spi1m
It was a compromise between Core frequency and NB-frequency :)
Next time i'll try to deactivate 2 cores ..... Perhaps 50Mhz more ....

We will see.....

Awesome overclock there

Did you only need 1.525v? or that a glitch?

Perhaps the same happens for Athlons as well..? When I bench 1m I usually never see one core at 100%, it seems to run on both cores, but with 100% core usage in total;) Or is that something else?

cpu-z doesn't report the real voltage.
vcore was 1,8V ;)

Aaaa, really impressive. My 940 is only 5950Mhz ready for 1M...
Did you see any bug with NB ratios ?
