OK, the chip on the backside most likely controls VGPU:

Please give me the exact name, as the pic is too blurry.

The AWP7067N on the frontside supposedly is dealing with VMem:

Pin#4, marked in red, is FB and pin#7, marked in black, is GND.

To be sure that it's for Vmem, please measure voltage between FB and GND, and also between pin#6(FBL) and GND.
Then shut the system down, disconnect it from the socket and measure resistances between the named pins.

VGPU Chip: apw7088

i will be back with the measurements.

Resistance between pin#4 and GND - 612 ohms
Resistance between pin #6 and GND - 1536 ohms

OK.

Pin#13 is FB and pin#4 is AGND (Analog Ground, that means you should measure all voltages in reference to that).

Find alternate soldering points for these pins and measure resistance between them.

Edit: Remember, the dot on the package marks pin#1. ;)
