OK, here is how it goes:

Ran Sandra and everthing went fine, got some decent scores. Rebooted ran 3Dmark, would not run, all I would get is flashing. Tried running Sandra Mulitmedia again and got some terrible scores, dropped from 10730/13452 to 1400/400.

Thought that the Graphics card was bad, so I bought a Geforce 2 for a temporary card while I RMA'd my Geforce 4. Got it in today, installed it tried to run 3Dmark, same thing, flashing yellow and orange screens. Tried running Sandra multimedia again. same low scored, but just a tad bit higher but not much.

Could I have a bad AGP slot? Could my processor be messed up?

Everything else works. Surfing, business apps, playing DVD's, just cant benchmark or play games. Dont know what is going on.

Please help.

Could you post some more system specs?

Overclocked or not? Voltages?

It's a weird problem indeed; maybe to much Volt on the ddr and damaging the agp slot?

System was overclocked to 2.72 at the time. 160fsb, AGP fixed, card was mildly overclocked at like 310/700. Vcore was set to 1.7 in bios, actual voltage about 1.65 or so. Video card was at stock voltage though.
