Had this board for over a year now but i've never been able to get it above 3ghz! , Here are my settings currently

ASRock Penryn1600SLI-110dB
Q6600 Core 2 Quad Kentsfield B Stepping , Rev G0
8GB 800DDR2

Nobody has an asrock penryn then , bad for me lol

I don't have that board, chances are its your mobo holding you back. That mobo is pretty low end, getting a Q6600 above 3GHz with 8GB of ram will need something better.

BTW if possible lower that VTT (when at 3GHz) about 1.3VTT should be plenty.
