Core i7 from air to water, what gain?

Those who upgraded from air cooling to water with decent rad like the PA120.3 for these Core i7, what kind of temperature drop you notice underload, and overall did you gain higher O'C?

I managed to get 400mhz, can get moore ofc, but thats minimum that i got from switching..
i didnt have the bracket when i bought my i7, so i rolled it in stock cooling for a week, and 3.8 ht on i managed with stock...

now with 4,2ghz ht off, and Linx 20x rounds, i get about 67c~ load, where 3.8 stock and much less vcore maxxed out at 85+. maybe lowered it about 20c, WC in sign.
