It obviously depends on the vendor. They won't cost anymore than C0 chips, unless the retailer is advertising guaranteed D0 steppings and slapping on interest.
Do some Googling, man. My god.

In the UK the D0 is selling for about £5 more than C0 but some vendors are now bundling C0 with MB to shift old stock (Scan) - I got my D0 from OcUK for £250.

You can get C0/C1 for £226.50 including VAT new from Tekheads - only 6 left, I would still go for "D0".

Today they are C0 - £228 and D0 - £248 at Scan
