So i've recived all my parts
and i made my cads (to be used in my science project)

the parts: (1/2 fittings all the way)
ww block
heater core rad
hydor l30 pump
clearflex hose
120mm 230v fan

the case will be alu all the way.

The only thing that isen't really right is the water tank. I havent gotten one yet so the one on the cads are just a hint but i will get one similar.

i have one problem though how i can make it look nice with my antec sonata ontp of it..

as i said before the res is just an idea i'll look for a "real" on and edit the cad.

or just buy a bay-reservoir that fits in a 5,25".

personally i dun really like the 5.25 res, cuz they're a pain to bleed and fill.

I'd just skip the res and go with a T-line.

Looks good so far...
Yeah, you could probably skip the res, and if you are not planning on refilling it a lot or changing the system a lot, you probably don't really need it.
But the size of the res you have drawn up looks like you could find some plastic container that would do the job.
Also, While it looks like you will have lots of space, just remember that the tubing will take up considerable space, just plan for where you are going to put them

Oh, to get it to match, paiting the outside of the bottom part shiny black should not be too hard to do, but the front of it may be hard to match and have it look like it matches.

I think I might have mentioned this at Proforums, but I'd contact someone at Antec and get a replacement bezel. If you haven't had any luck with that via e-mail then I'd phone. I also have a couple of e-mail addresses of Antec CSRs if you can't get any satisfaction over the phone.

I am building something similar (but with bigger rads and for my Lian Li) and picked up a PC60 bezel to make the front look pro. If I had uber machining skills I could do it from scratch, but I am more of a "tin snips and Plumber's Goop" kind of guy so the replacement bezel was easier :)

Yes, getting a replacement bezel then cutting it would be the easiest way to make it match. That is what I did, except the extra bezel came from the case i used to make the bottom...
I just turned it upside down to match the bottom of the other, it worked out pretty well, in your case, it would match perfectly because the color would be the same.
Well anyway, here is a pic of what i did....

That's top notch work. I hope mine turns out that well.

I haven't recived any answer by e-maling antec. To get a bezel seems quite hard atleast at this point. And i don't wanna throw out the cash to buy another case.

it's worth a try. thanks for the help.

Yes i know it will be nice. (atleast in my eyes :))
But i haven't recived any replay from antec :( One would atleast get a "no we can't ship you an extra front bezel" or something alike..
And i still haven't found a good container to use as a res. I im wondering though how a tank used for window flushing on cars would work.. (excuse my english but i hope you know what i mean. :) window washers or what ever) At this point im thinking of dropping the whole res. But isen't more fluid in the system = closer to ambient temp? (water temp as near as the surounding room tempeture)

ps. im definatly not getting a bay-res is there anything worse than a bay-res?. I for one want to have as little water in my case as possible.. The thubes are enough.. ds.
