Well i finally finished the first stage of my cooling project. it still needs some more work but it's working great.
Temps were 49 degrees idle on cold day, 59 degrees idle on hot day and at a recent Lan day it was hot and under load it got to 70 degrees.
It's been running for about 2 hours now and it's steady at 35 degrees idle and under load not sure yet.:D :D

Looks good. Green is always nice ;).
And if you want to know some load temperature, just fold for XS ;).

remove the elbows on the pump and the rad imediatly it will f*ck up the water flow allot.
Alltough very nice it alike what i'm buidling. :)

I have to admit it does look really nice, but those 90* elbows will surley screw up the flow and slow it down.

do you yhink it will affect the temp, and if so any ideas of how much, as i'm going to add a GPU block this week

Not sure by how much, but when you slow the waterflow down, temps will rise. Also at a slow rate and adding another block will definately affect cooling performance by a large margin.
See if you can eliminate the elbows and use just slighty bended tubing. The less of a curve the faster the flow will run. Too sharp of a curve will have a negative effect on waterflow.
You can also use 2-45 degree elbows instead of 1-90 degree one.
Your temps are in Celcius or Frenheit?
i would assume farenheit, 70c is mighty high

jabo @ sinn
the temps are in celcius, thats why i needed to cool it down a touch
thanks for the info Nebulous, i'll try to get some 45's and change it, i have decided to change the system to a chiller system, working on a travel esky at moment, gunna rig it to run on 240 and run 2 hoses into the esky full of coolant, similar to Kenneth chongs setup
Hopefully i can get the temp down to around 15 - 20 degrees

Here is another pic of the Antec fan, running on the outside sucking warm air out of the case.
Seems to be working ok, but a bit noisy, i used perspex to cover the back of the case with about a 3mm gap between the radiator and fan.
