I purchased two of these pumps with EK-DDC X-tops v2. I am curious as to how to connect them together, should they remain horizontal or is it ok to have one vertical. Will they run quieter if they are horizontal, this would cause me to use a 90° ftg on one of them. I also saw a EK double top which would make things simpler, does that provide for better pressure or flow? And then there is no mounting feet  I see two holes in the bottom is there a stand for this?

Also do I need to control them or should I run them @ 12v. I am looking at the poweradjust but am not sure if it will control two pumps. A lot of questions I know but if someone could help me out here as I am anxious to start this second loop.

Right now my loop is low flow with CPU and full chipset blocks using two aquastream XT Ultra pumps. Temps are ok but I am adding a GPU loop and am considering putting the MOSFETS on that loop and mebbe getting better flow/ temps on the CPU loop with less restriction.

dont keep the inlet pointed down.

thats the main important thing.

You dont want it in a possition where a bubble can get stuck in the impeller chamber and cause friction to burn the pump out.

Also try to keep the outlet not pointed down either, same result can happening when a bubble gets stuck in the top portion of the rear impeller chamber.
