I have made the waterblock for my HD4850 GFX Card.
Have a look. 100% passed leak test.

i'm gonna assume that mini heatsink inside is made from aluminum... nuff said...

Galvanic corrosion could be an issue. Otherwise, very nice job, 10/10!

Galvanic corrosion will kill this block in about period of more then 30 years....(according to Galvanic corrosion Calulations between Copper and Aluminium considering the thickness of both metals)
30Years is long time ..may be till then we may have Cpu with speed like 2.4THz... How cares..
So dont worry about Galvanic corrosion..

With request from many members about galvanic reaction in my VGA block. I have removed my GFX block and now working on full copper block , till then

1.
New PUMP gift from a DIY fan from Goa, India ...Cool AC 220V Pump. New tubes and a drain outlet tube added with a T- joint . SMPS also modded with a relay base switch for pump, so pump starts and shut down automatically with PC.

Two Seagate 500 GB 32MB buffer Sata HDD in RAID0..
A recognizable difference in system Speed. Now i believe that RAID do works.

Good for a first-time home design. I would fill in some gaps and have inlet and outlet set up across a straight-finned heatsink though.
