Mikefra, unfortunately, Q9xxx @ 4.2Ghz uses more power than an i7 920 @ 4.2Ghz, and OCZ 900W Modxstream is not 80 PLUS certified and an overall pretty old PSU.
Your best bet would be to find an 80 PLUS certified 850+ power supply from Corsair or Enermax or Silverstone like this:

OR you can go Core i7 920 + X58. Up to you.
