New Bartons Locked ? !!

Hi, i was about to get a Barton 2500+ , but now some dudes at GOT (a Forum) got some new bartons and they clock like hell but they are locked at mp 11 !!
Does someone know if more of these situations are at other forums ?
It seems that AMD locked the MP like the Intel way :(
