New P45 motherboard

The Asus Maximus Extreme motherboard im using at the moment cant overclock my QX9650 higher when 4,4 ghz:down:

So i want to change it for a new motherboard with P45 chipset.
But it's a big jungle out there and i dont no which motherboard i should chose:confused:

I looked on these two models

UD3 IMO....Got my x3330 @ 513 x 8

it look like the asus board has many problems with different brands of ram.

But how good is the gigabyte board at quad core overclocking?
