contractual agreement... what the hell.... is it just me or did those old threads cause XFX to go all out crazy over the warranty of the once champion GTX ULTRA "XXX" edition card ????
IF thats the case I think Ill just hang on to my card for another year or two and wait for a real upgrade before I sign any stupid contract...

So your big biff with XFX is that if you send them a card that hasn't been made for more than a year for replacement, they reserve the right to send you one with better performance?

aspire did you read the contractual agreement.... if not then you have no authority to offer any kind of suggestion and/or opinion.
