help with water flow..

ok i just ordered a second pump because it seems like my hydor l30 cant push through the radiater in my lian-li75 case with 3 blocks on it and the water is just like pouring as in u pouring a drink to someone;s mouth on the outlet of the rad. so that means the flow of water is weak right?..... so i was wondering, did i make the right decison by buying another pump? i'll get the picture sometime this week. o also.. the point when i welded 1/2 barbs, it like kinda cracked so any solutions?
also i read somewhere that i had to mod the Via 1300 to make it good or something.. i cant find that mod. could someone find it for me? thnx... and also i love this forum~ so much help!!!!

What did you order?
I think the hydor should be enough for the job, you don't need somehting more powerfull maybe there's a problem with you're system rather than with the pump
