Can anyone help me with this issue I am having....
I installed this mouse and even time that I reboot the computer it does not recognize it. I unplug it and plug it back in and I am fine.
I have uninstalled it and same thing.
What else can I try? Never had this happen before.

Have you update the firmware of the mouse?
The issue you are having is supposed to be fixed with the latest firmware.

Yes I did update to the latest firmware and same issue. :(

update the firmware AND DRIVERS.. you have to do both.
Turn on USB Legacy support in your bios and also try it in another USB Port

Update firmware, drivers, motherboard BIOS (enable legacy support too), and pick a port your mouse likes.
That's how i solved mine. It was really annoying when I first go it. Sometimes it would refuse to work past POST unless I changed USB ports. I haven't had a problem again.
