Yes, I would think they are BH-5. Are there any sort of markings on the heatspreaders? Often you can tell within a reasonable degree of accuracy just by those (my Corsair TwinX3200LL has a number ending in "-5" and says "rev 1.1", both clues that it is BH-5 :)).

They should be either BH-5 or BH-6, either one will do good.
I think Macci had his up to like 270mhz, but with like 3.6-7 volts.

good deal i was kinda down as soon as i gave my word to buy these a deal popped up on hyperx3500 for the same price.
i wouldnt back out after giving my word.
i used to have hyperx3500 and loved them.even better than the xms3500 i had.mobo topped out at 230 but the hyperx ran that at lower voltage than the xms.
was 230@2-2-5 i beilieve.
hopefully this new nf7-s from newegg will do even better.

both sticks the same. with 2.5 volts id suspect the bh5 is the chip.
2.6 would mean worse imo but i dunno.
ideas now?

the 2.5v rating and also the 2-2-2-6 rating. bh-5 wont rune 2-2-2, it will only do 2-3-3

Ya talking about ch-5 not running 2.0-2-2-5, do you?
And BTW where do you read these timings from???

Run the nvidia configuration utility thing and look at the memory info. If it says 6ns access time then it's BH-6 if it's 5ns then it's BH-5. Mine must be BH-6 because it said 6ns access time in there. Oh well, it still does 210mhz 2-2-2-5 with 2.7 - 2.8v easy. 220-230 with 3v

It's only the spd-eeprom infos you get... That's how they programmed the sticks.
It has nothing to do with the chips itselves :(
The only reliable way to check what you got is removing the heatspreaders and looking onto the chip markings (could be relabeled though... but even then there's a way to find it out (a circle in the right position - iirc)).

almost posative they are bh-6, nomjr has some and they are just screamin. With the bh-6 chips you can run a few more volts through them than w/ the regular bh-5, so either way, they should scream.

This new RAM was identified as 6ns this morning, thanks for sparing me the indignity of crapping my pants...

Mine has Kingston 5ns modules on it. Bought it for 50AUD (30USD) and it does this:

Does 210mhz stable at those timings.
