CRT Users: Brightness and Contrast Values

Anyone who uses a CRT, please tell me what % you have your Brightness and Contrast values set to, and also whether you use your moniotrs 'usable life' extension function ('Auto Calibrate', 'Constant Brightness' etc.), if it has one.

thing my brightness was 100 and contrast was @ 72,,,, (maybe other way around but 100% it was those 2 values)

Brightness at 29, contrast 72 on mine. I use the image restoration function every now and then.
