I'm really trying to find a nice 6gb mem kit that suits my needs. I'm not a hardcore benchmarker, but I do like excellent gaming performance. I would like to pick up either "hcf0" or "d9gtr" chips. I just can't find whats more flexible.

I've been looking at a variety of brands I'm not too familar with. The last kit I had was mushkin redline xp4000 2x1gb on a 939 platform. So as you can see its been a while since my last upgrade. I'm going to be building a fairly highend gaming system soon. My overclocking goal is a 24/7, 4ghz overclock on a core i7. I feel I need a good kit to back it up.

The i7 performance is tied more to the timings on the memory rather than pure speed. Best bet is to get a set of 7-7-7-20 1333 or 1600 mhz memory. Both my patriots and corsair sticks will run 7-7-7-20 at 1333, have to loosen em up slightly to 8-8-8-24 to hit 1600 though.

You can't go wrong with CAS 7 DDR3 1600 for $89.99 After Rebate.

Thats a pretty nice find perkam. I've always known ocz as mediocre overclocking brand, but I guess I could be wrong. I'll add it to the list.
