I'm still on an Old School PS/2 IBM Model M, which I would love to be able to use with my EEE PC for gaming...
However, all of the adapters listed on newegg seem to have a plethora of negative reviews claiming that the adapter "drops keys"...
This would be horrible for typing, but even more disastrous for gaming.

Any ones that work?

I am using this one with a model m for over a year. No issues with lag or dropping keys. Occasionally my keyboard would not detect on my Intel975 on boot. A reboot and it was fine. No issues at all with Intel D5400.
And it runs the little stick mouse too.

Oh man, the original clicky Ms! Soooo long since I've used one of those.

Don't really have anything to contribute here, just saluting an awesome keyboard.

Wherever the Model M is mentioned suitable tribute must be paid.

I used this keyboard for so long, a 1985 model iirc. Then, one day it just stopped working. 20 years use from a keyboard, awesome.

I have another now :) and there are one or two still used in the company I work for, it's nice to see some people have taste :D. Good to know there is a working USB option, thanks RAzorBurn.

I love the things, can hardly type on any other.

Almost forgot about these guys. They sell new and used, parts also. One of them sell the usb converter (havn't tried it, but they say it works)
