Seems futuremark will start enforcing a policy of no optimisations, and only results created with accepted drivers will be applicable to post results on their pages.
uhm. that's already in effect. some beta/optimised drivers from nvidia aren't allowed in the ORB

It will be interesting to see if softmod drivers will still be allowed. Would suck if not :/.

if thats the case, expect the fx5900 cards to perform about 500 marks better than ti4600s since the latest drivers for that card just takes a whopping 20+ fps in nature and some in dragothic down!

Seems it's out for 3dmark03. After the patch you can only publish scores done with verified drivers. (catalyst 3.9 or ForceWare 52.16)
From what I heard the ati scores stayed pretty static, nvidia 5950 lost about 1000 points.

Submitted scores with old 3dmark03 will not work. you must have build 340 to submitt new scores. These are new guidelines at Futuremark below.
Reviewed and Approved ATI Drivers:
» ATI Catalyst 3.9 Drivers - WinXP
» ATI Catalyst 3.9 Drivers - Win2000
» ATI Catalyst 3.9 Drivers - WinME
Notes: The ATI Catalyst 3.9 Drivers have been tested with the 9x00 series and 8x00 series.
Reviewed and Approved Matrox Parhelia Drivers:
» Matrox 1.04.02.007 Drivers - WinXP
» Matrox 1.04.02.007 Drivers - Win2000
Notes: The Matrox 1.04.02.007 Drivers have been tested with the Parhelia series.
There are no WHQL Win9x or WinME drivers available.
Reviewed and Approved NVIDIA Drivers:
» NVIDIA ForceWare 52.16 Drivers - WinXP
» NVIDIA ForceWare 52.16 Drivers - Win2000

And for those who seem to always get Timer Sanity Check errors with Cat 3.9s and a Rad9800XT are supposed to do what exactly?
