I've got the .18 Palomino. Seems like my processor's FSB only allows me to goto 147, or the computer wont turn on. Multipler only goes up to 12.5/13x. And this is after I've unlocked it. Is this due to my RAM? I have PC2100 512MB. The motherboard is MSI K3T Ultra the NON-RAID one. Just baught an SK-7 and a Vertec Torando fan w/ some AS3. Please help me out.
I've just got into OCing Athlons. Kinda a newbie. thnx!

It's just 1 stick of 512MB of PC2100 Ram.

doesnt matter how many sticks you have your still only running pc2100. plus your running a pali i wouldnt expect much out of that system when it comes to ocing. get your self a t-bred (JIUHB)and a couple sticks of pc3200 and slap them on a nforce board (if you dont already have one?) and youl see a big differance in over clockablity! until then your just spinning your wheels.....

I think a stick of 2700 would max out your chip. I would'nt invest anymore than that for that board/cpu. And if the multis aint goin' up it aint unlocked!

I think it's my motherboard, the reason the multipler stops @ 12.5/13. It doesn't have anymore choices after that? It does have 14 and 15, but they are where 5.5 and 6 should be. I have the latest BIOS too. I used the defogger kit from autozone to unlock it.
