Hello Guys,
I'm new to the forum but not so new to overclocking!
Any how, i've got a Q6600 on the mentioned motherboard above but i'm have trouble getting any stable clock above 3.2GHz due to the massive VDroop (just over 0.1v).
I've included some images of the motherboard below. If some one could help me out with a Pencil Mod i'd greatly appreciate it!

Don't waste time on this one. Be happy with 3.2Ghz and let it be.
There is a reason for the extremely high Vdroop. And looking at your pics I already know why. :) The power regulation on this board looks rather poor. I would never do a Vdroop mod on this board. I wouldn't want to know how high the voltage spikes would be that you would cause by Vdroop modding this board without any additional modifications to the vcore regulation.
If you really want to overclock a Quadcore CPU, then get a board with a Voltage Regulation Module that is up to the task. Otherwise it'll be no good and you would probably damage the CPU in the long run if you did what you obviously planned to do on this board.
Oh and please resize the pics. Scrolling like a madman isn't really fun.

celemine1Gig is right as usual :)
But just for theory, whats are the markings on that IC: http://ceemic.pri.ee/hardware/asrock_penryn.jpg ?
