Guys need help again on getting this chip at 4.5Ghz stable.
Actually, it's not a new issue but I just can't figure out why. Begging anyone for help...
OK here's the problem. Config as my Sig.
I managed to get this chip 4.5Ghz (474x9.5, 4503Mhz) IBT stable at 1.35vCore.
But I can't get 500x9 / 600x7.5 IBT stable and I wonder why. Here's a bit detailed testing result.
@474x9.5: CPU Clock Skew 200ps, NB Clock Skew 100ps, 1.35vCore, 10 Loop PASS. If set to different skew i.e. CPU delay 300ps, NB Skew delay 100ps will fail again
@490x9 1.35v IBT 10 loop passed just fine but 493x9 will fail.
Another thing noticed is that @474x9.5, 500x9, 600x7.5 both 3 combinations can pass ORTHOS Large In-place FFTs Priority 9 for more than 30 minutes but failed Small FFTs in a minute, reporting Final Result error (instead of resulting sum / most common ROUNDING error)
Any suggestions? :(
EDIT: 474x9.5 @1.35vCore can Pass Small FFTs Priority 9 but not for 500x9 / 600x7.5, both FSB proved to be IBT stable with lowering CPU Multiplier.
