ne one know if u have to have the 256 to do it or is it fine with the 128

*EDIT* the 256mb bios DOES work with the 128mb 9800's, the success rate just seems to be kinda low when flashing

What are the advantages/gains from doing this ?? (256mb bios on a 128mb card)

It states that you will have a fully functional XT from the flashing, which enables the "overdrive" clocking feature in the control panel. Since the "safe" feature was to be determined by a thermal measurement ? (I read somewhere) Now is the feature dorment in the standard 9800P ? If it is, is there a way to access it for a readout? If not, any idea how the "overdrive" feature works without the sensor ?

if the flash is unsuccessful, will it completely screw up my card, or will i be able to flash it back to the original status (i have a bbati 9800pro)
