Ti 500 vcore modding ?

got this link (http://www.xbitlabs.com/video/titanium-overclocking/) but this one didn't work on my previous Ti 500.
with pelt it did 292 core, with vmod the same.

can someone tell me if this it the correct way ?

know I'm a bit confused...

there are 2 versions of this voltmod, the one above and this one :


The memory voltage regulator will be the one to the left side. The GPU voltage regulator will be to the right side.

For memory voltage:
Solder a 1k ohm (1000 ohm) resistor between pins 3 and 10.
Solder a 1k ohm (1000 ohm) resistor between pins 18 and 20.

For GPU voltage:
Solder a 1k ohm (1000 ohm) resistor between pins 3 and 10.
