How do I get rid of the arrow over shotcut icons?

I just downloaded some nice icons for a bunch of my games, and this ugly arrow is blocking half the picture... is there a way to get rid of that ugly thing? I really want this annoying little thing gone. Anyone know how?

if your in vista the "games" but gets messed up, not too bad if you just use normal shortcuts though i guess =]
