9800np-->XT flash problems

the flash worked but i get problems when i load up the drivers.. any ideas?

edit: the problem is as follows: windows begins to load, but about 2/3 of the way through the boot process, the monitor turns off. the monitor comes back on in about 20sec (as was suggested might happen in the flash guide) but then the screen remains blank indefinantly.

imho its a stupid flash and taking risks for no good reason... if you set your clocks to 412/365 and let them be set to that when windows starts you have the same thing

Theres too many fudamental differences between those to do that flash... If you don't understand how to edit the bios for higher default clocks use the 9800p bios to flash.

i had this probelm, make sure ur bios is set to 8x agp, i had it set to 4 in bios by accadent and cranked it to 8x and when i rebooted, nothing came up........ then when i was ocing my comp i'm like duh...........
